All Scapes Nursery & Garden Center

We had them come out and put in a French drain as well as some sodding where we had removed a sweet gum tree. They were supposed to put down 2 inches of topsoil as there had been a great deal of erosion. That did not happen. They also installed sod that was bad (molded and dead). I babied it for two summers hoping it would recover, including lawn fertilization through another company. No such luck. So this summer we are having it done again. The French drain was Installed but the grate installed was higher than the ground and on the high side of the yard. There was some improvement in the drainage but there are still issues. We had another company come out and look at it, and the biggest issue is there are no gutters on the area getting the most runoff. Getting that fixed should help a lot. But All Scapes never mentioned it. We asked that they come back to look at the job twice and nobody ever came. Seems to be a theme with customer service there. Highly recommend using someone else for your needs.

Great place. It sells everything needed for a garden and the workers are nice and very helpful. Will be using them for all of our gardening’s needs even though I have to travel from Newport (about forty five miles).

They have mishandled my outdoor decorations and blocked me inside of my apartment and blocked the walkway where other people couldn't get out of their apartment so I went outside and moved my stuff out of the way so that my neighbor's didn't have to climb over my things. And while they were working two men were looking into my apartment and my neighbor's window to so I had to close my window and so did she. Just a big mess and I'm disabled and I'm just lucky that I don't need my walker today or I wouldn't have been able to leave. Very upset!!

We worked side-by-side with a crew from All Scapes the last few days installing an ornamental fence in Bono while they were doing a tremendous amount of landscaping for the client. ALL of the guys on that crew worked so hard and were all so nice and polite. As a business owner myself (Fence Builders), All Scapes has top notch employees that went above and beyond for the client we were working for. I’m sure the client will love the work once they’re finished up. I even mentioned it to the crew that Mr.Trey should be proud of them and they all said he was a great guy. Job well done, Trey!

Well about two weeks ago I called about some sod. I only needed one pallet they said they had some 25 %off. I got there and had about 7 pallets and on very end where you could see for most part was green was had been getting water. They like pit it down and water it and it will all turn green. I lightly tillled the spots and layed hole pallet. It was 99% dead. It’s been waters ten days by me Snd the rain we had. Still dead not going come back to green. Do that was waste of 210 dollers. So it had be cut longer than week or 2. The flowers I bought was pretty. But sod they knew it was dead when sold it So I’m disappointed because I put all work tilling watering and laying So that took two day and other days watering. So bad deal for me you can see where patching
